Church. State. Society. Forum for humanistic dialogue

Church. State. Society. Forum for humanistic dialogue

WHAT ROLE DOES THE CHURCH PLAY DURING THE WAR? WHAT CAN THE SOCIETY RELY ON AFTER THE VICTORY? HOW CAN THE STATE CREATE CONDITIONS FOR THE SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT OF ITS CITIZENS?

The actions of Russians in Ukraine – murder, looting, torture, rape, hundreds of religious buildings and churches, hospitals, schools, and kindergartens destroyed – are a direct challenge to all Christian values and, in fact, an attack on humanity itself. The Russian Orthodox Church has become an instrument of propaganda and incitement to ethnic hatred. All this requires answers, analysis, and solutions. The challenges that the war posed to Ukraine are actually challenges beyond geography. These are challenges to the modern world value order. This forum is about universal values and a common understanding of Ukraine’s development in the triangle “Church – State – Society”, as it is stated in the title. So to speak, this forum is no longer about religion, but about faith, not about institutions run by people, but about the people served by institutions.

The Semantic Corps initiative launches an interfaith and international online forum with the participation of religious leaders, Christian organizations, and representatives of the intellectual elite.
